<p>The present invention relates to a wireless communication system and a terminal and, to a method and a device for transmitting and receiving data between a base station and a terminal. A method for transmitting interference information of a mobile communication network, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: enabling a terminal to confirm in-device coexistence interference (IDC) problems and to transmit a message including interference situation information to a base station; determining whether a cell quality result value which does not include IDC interference can be measured, according to a cell quality measurement result with respect to a cell having the IDC interference problem; and reporting, to the base station, the cell quality result value with respect to the cell having the IDC interference problem, after the message including the interference situation information on the IDC interference problem is reported, wherein when measuring the quality of the cell having the IDC interference problem, specific information for indicating whether the cell quality result value which does not include IDC interference can be measured is transmitted by being included in the interference situation information message and/or the cell quality result value report.</p> |
