<p>A sampling system and method therefor for automatic sample identification, comprising a sampling apparatus, a sampling identification apparatus, and an inspection apparatus. The sampling apparatus comprises: a threaded rod (5), a sampling arm (10), a sampling needle (9), and a sampling connection mouth (7). The sampling arm (10) and the threaded rod (5) are connected. The sampling needle (9) is fixed on the sampling arm (10) and is inserted into the sampling connection mouth (7). The sample identification apparatus comprises: a rotary cam (18), a rotary shaft (20), an oscillating roller (19), a detection arm (14), a coupling (16), and a rotary encoder (15). The oscillating roller (19) is arranged on the rotary cam (18), is connected to the rotary shaft (20), and is for use in controlling the oscillation of the detection arm (14). The rotary shaft (20) is connected to the rotary encoder (15) via the coupling (16). The rotary cam (18) has arranged thereon a light barrier (11). The light barrier (11) has arranged thereunder the detection apparatus. The detection apparatus comprises a first optocoupler (12) for use in detecting the initial position of the sampling needle and a second optocoupler (21) for use in detecting the position of the detection arm.</p> |
