PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a plurality of users including a user having bought a vehicle apparatus serving as a content execution device permission for the provision of content distribution service.SOLUTION: A management server 10 manages the provision of content distribution service to a content execution device 12 comprised of a vehicle apparatus 121 and a mobile communication terminal 122 into each of which cooperation applications are installed to execute content in cooperation with each other. If the management server has not stored a vehicle apparatus ID to be transmitted nor a user ID, it stores those IDs and permits the provision of content distribution service. If it has stored the vehicle apparatus ID to be transmitted but not the user ID, it stores the user ID by associating it with the stored vehicle apparatus ID, and permits the provision of content distribution service. If it has stored the vehicle apparatus ID to be transmitted and the user ID, it permits the provision of content distribution service. |
