PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in conventional manual grater devices that a user has to basically hold a grip and a handle with both hands for operation during use, or to manipulate a setting arm and a radish with both hands to mount the radish.SOLUTION: A manual grater device in the invention can be easily operable with one hand by even a user with a disabled hand. A grater is detachably attached to a support rod of a main body in a horizontally swingable manner. A food holder is attached such that it can be detached but cannot be rotated after alignment. A weight is attached such that it can be detached but cannot be rotated. The components can be inserted and removed from above the support rod or a support-rod stopper pin with one hand. This structure allows grating of food even with one hand and achieve the object. |
