A change fee process method and system according to movement radius of a mobile communication unit are provided to apply a variable charging system to a mobile communication terminal based on the moving radius of the mobile communication terminal for a certain time. A controller calculates the moving radius of a mobile communication terminal for a certain time(S4), and checks over whether or not the calculated radius is smaller than a predetermined reference value(S6). If so, the controller creates a variable charging system setup request message and transmits the message to a mobile communication network system through a transceiving unit(S8). The controller stores a moving signal of moving distance and direction at a memory in real time(S10), and calculates the moving radius at which the mobile communication terminal moves for a predetermined time(X)(S12). The controller checks over whether or not the calculated radius is smaller than a predetermined reference value(S14). If not, the controller creates a variable charging system release request message and transmits the message to the mobile communication system through the transceiving unit(S16). |
