摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tandem type vane compressor that can maintain cooling ability at a low speed rotation of a drive shaft, while suppressing an increase in a discharge temperature of a refrigerant gas and an increase in power loss at a high speed rotation of the drive shaft.SOLUTION: In a tandem type vane compressor, a housing includes: a shell 9 forming the outer fence; and a first side plate 11, a second side plate 13, a third side plate 15, a first cylinder block 5 and a second cylinder block 7, each of which is housed in the shell 9. The second side plate 13 sectioning a first compression mechanism 1C and a second compression mechanism 2C, or the second cylinder block 7 forming a second cylinder chamber 7a has a suction communicating path 13d for limiting an amount of a refrigerant gas sucked in the intake stroke of the second compression mechanism 2C.
