PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optoelectronics semiconductor body having enhanced efficiency and/or electrical characteristics.SOLUTION: The optoelectronics semiconductor body includes a semiconductor laminate 2 having an active layer 23 suitable for generation of electromagnetic radiation, and first and second electric connection layers 4, 6. The semiconductor body is intended to emit electromagnetic radiation from the front side, and the first and second electric connection layers are arranged on the back side while being insulated electrically from each other by a separation layer 5. The first electric connection layer 4, the second electric connection layer 6, and the separation layer 5 overlap each other in the transverse direction. A subregion of the second electric connection layer 6 penetrates the active layer 23 from the back side in the front side direction through a through opening 3. |
