PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-ordering system that enables a customer to carry out not only an ordering but also shop guidance and checkout without intervention of a sales person and eliminates a need for installing a battery-charging table-top power supply.SOLUTION: Batteries of self-order terminals 303a through 303z used for allowing customers to use are mounted onto the charging tables of an integrated charger 302 and are charged. Further, receiving, from a reception terminal 301 that has accepted a customer entering a shop, a request for selecting a self-order terminal 303 to allow the customer to use, a POS server 402 performs: obtaining respective battery remaining-amounts of the individual self-order terminals 303a through 303z from the integrated charger 302; selecting a self-order terminal 303 whose battery remaining-amount is the largest; and causing a screen of the reception terminal 301 to display as a self-order terminal to be allowed to the customer to use and causing the screen of the aforementioned self-order terminal 303 to display a customer seat guidance diagram to a customer table that has been assigned to the aforementioned customer. |
