PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain convenience of a user by achieving a sleep mode to suppress power consumption equal to or less than a specified value, and reducing a recovery time from the sleep mode.SOLUTION: A power management device measures or estimates a temperature of an LSI when the LSI enters a sleep mode, and shifts to either one of sleep modes of power shutdown by power separation and a clock gate according to a measurement or an estimate of the temperature. When selecting power shutdown, the power management device resumes power supply according to the measured temperature or the estimated temperature of the LSI after shifting to the sleep mode, and then shifts to the sleep mode of the clock gate. |
