PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device, both for a terminal that receives a data packet from a base station and feeds back thereto.SOLUTION: A feedback is related to a reception status of a received data packet and may have ACK/NAK. A method includes the step of receiving a data packet from a base station using a sub-frame and decoding the data packet. Whether any of data packets included in the received sub-frame is correctly received is determined, and whether any of the reception-expected sub-frames is missed is detected. Further, acknowledge response information ACK/NAK is generated, and the ACK/NAK is scrambled with a selected scramble code. The scrambled ACK/NAK is transmitted to the base station in relation to the reception status of data packets included in the received sub-frame. |
