摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical quantity measurement device in which when input signals of continuous pulses are counted by the clock, accuracy can be enhanced without increasing consumption power.SOLUTION: A physical quantity measurement device includes: a signal input part; a first clock generation part; a high-speed second clock generation part; a gate time generation part for outputting a gate time signal at a set interval; a low resolution counter which counts, for consecutive gate time signals, an edge number of a first clock in a measured time determined by a detection target edge of input signal, which is detected firstly after each of the gate time signals; a second clock generation control part for outputting a second clock as a gated clock after detection of the gate time signal until at least count start of a low resolution counter; and a high resolution counter for counting an edge number of the gated clocks after detection of an edge of input signal by the gated clock until count start of the low resolution counter.
