PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power conversion apparatus having improved assembly workability of a grommet disposed in a housing case.SOLUTION: In an electric power conversion apparatus, a housing case 5 includes a cutout part 53 formed by cutting a side wall 52 from an open end 50. A grommet 6, which seals a space between the housing case 5 and an introduction pipe 33 and an exhaust pipe 34 of a cooler 3, is disposed in the cutout part 53. The grommet 6 is disposed being inserted in an insertion direction X relative to the cutout part 53 and includes: a body part 61 provided with an insertion hole 619; and a protruding part 62 which protrudes from an outer peripheral surface 610 of the body part 61 and makes pressure contact with an inner wall surface 531 of the cutout part 53. A positioning part 63 for positioning the grommet 6 in the insertion direction X is provided at a non-insertion side end part 612 of the body part 61. An insertion side end part 611 of the body part 61 protrudes relative to the side wall 52 of the housing case 5 in a state where the grommet 6 is positioned by the positioning part 63. |
