摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable effective use of wastes and such as raw materials and provide a construction material composition having excellent performance as construction materials including aggregate for mortar and concrete, roadbed materials, banking materials and backfill materials.SOLUTION: The construction material composition comprises: a component (A), a fired product A that comprises 10 to 100 pts.mass of 2CaO-AlO-SiOand 20 pts.mass or less of 3CaO-AlOrelative to 100 pts.mass of 2CaO-SiO, with 0.03 to 0.2 pt.mass of fluorine contained in 100 mass% of the fired product; and a component (B), a magnesium-containing insolubilization material containing a powder comprising a magnesium-based material. A mineral containing magnesium carbonate as a main component is fired at 650 to 1,000°C to obtain a fired product B containing magnesium oxide and magnesium carbonate. The fired product B is hydrated so as to be partially magnesium hydroxide to form the magnesium-based material. The ignition loss of the magnesium-based material at 1,000°C is 6 to 30 mass%.
