The light (1) has a phosphor layer (7) formed at an inner side (6) of a bulb receptacle (3) of a fluorescent bulb (2). The inner side is formed without the phosphor layer at coupling locations (13, 14) for coupling of light of LED arrangements (9, 10) to the fluorescent bulb. The inner side is formed without the phosphor layer at decoupling locations (15, 16) for decoupling of the light of the LED arrangements from the fluorescent bulb opposite to the coupling locations for coupling of the light from the LED arrangements into the fluorescent bulb.
