PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a solar cell module in order to prevent a conduction phenomenon between a solar cell panel and a house or the like, thereby developing a solar cell module including a solar cell panel with higher insulation properties.SOLUTION: A solar cell module 1 includes a base 2 made of metal and a solar cell panel 15, the base 2 being disposed on the rear face side of the solar cell panel 15. A gap 16 is provided between the rear face of the solar cell panel 15 and the base 2.
