PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap opening/closing device that prevents mist, which arises at the time of uncapping a sample container, from scattering around, or to provide a sample handling device that prevents mist, which arises when a sample is poured into one container, from scattering to any other container.SOLUTION: In a cap opening/closing device provided with a container holding mechanism that holds a container containing liquid inside and closed with a cap having a curvature, a cap opening/closing mechanism that removes the cap from the container or closes the container with the cap, and a control mechanism for controlling any shift of liquid or mist having sprung out of the container when the cap is opened or removed by the cap opening/closing mechanism, the control mechanism comprises a suction sub-mechanism that sucks gas and a first discharging sub-mechanism that discharges gas in a swirling flow. |
