PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink capable of recording an image that has optical concentration at high level and suppressing an occurrence of stains in a recording device inside and a recording medium even in the case of borderless recording performed.SOLUTION: An inkjet ink contains a color material and a water-soluble organic solvent. The color material is a compound represented by general formula (I), and the water-soluble organic solvent includes a compound represented by general formula (II).
