PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate two kinds of control program for an electric control unit for vehicle which are partially different like, for example, a control program for a wireless key system and a control program for a smart entry system, thereby reducing the number of man-hours in development, testing, and management of control programs.SOLUTION: An MPU 11 of a body ECU 1 determines whether specification information that specifies a control mode of a smart entry system is received through a serial communication interface 17 within a predetermined period after a startup, and selects between transition to the control mode of the smart entry system in which control processing for on-vehicle equipment is performed by executing a control program P1 for smart entry system and a common control program P3 and transition to a control mode of a wireless key system in which control processing is performed by executing a control program P2 for wireless key system and the common control program P3 according to a determination result thereof. |
