The present invention relates to a stirring body which can determine the usage finish timing of the stirring body more objective and easier by enabling a user recognize the minimum residual thickness of a refractory materials with unaided eyes. The stirring body includes a stirring shaft; a core rod having stirring blades formed on the lower side of the stirring shaft; a refractory material layer which covers the stirring shaft and the stirring blades; and an identification unit which is exposed to the outside when the refractory material layer is worn.
