PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crawler type traveling vehicle apparatus getting over a level difference, which enables a traveling vehicle to lower the operation load of getting over the level difference. SOLUTION: The crawler type traveling vehicle 1 having a flipper 7 for getting over the level difference is provided with: a storage section 22 for storing a procedure to perform a series of uniform motion necessary to get over the level difference within a specific range; and a control section 23 for controlling the series of the motion to make the traveling vehicle 1 get over the level difference, based on the procedure stored in the storage section 22. By the operation for an operation section 2, the control section 23 starts control of getting over the level difference, and makes the traveling vehicle 1 get over the level difference by the control.
