PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cutting efficiency and cutting quality by easily and precisely adjusting cutting conditions to be optimum according to kinds and sizes of citrus fruits, in particular, in a cutting device for the citrus fruits like Yuzu, Sudachi, Citrus sphaerocarpa, Buntan, lemon and lime of which juice and peel are mainly used. SOLUTION: A pair of rotary blades 74a, 74b facing a squeezed citrus fruit are arranged to have a truncated chevron shape narrowed in the direction facing the squeezed citrus fruit in plan view. The peel 87 of the squeezed citrus fruit is cut with the pair of rotary blades 74a, 74b. After that, the peel 87 is discharged to the outside by the centrifugal force of the rotary blades 74a, 74b, and residue 88 of the peel left after cutting is allowed to fall from between the rotary blades for discharge.
