The machine has carbon brushes (58) arranged in a brush holder and engaged to a commutator. A temperature-dependent deformable component (218) intercepts an electrical connection between the carbon brushes and commutator during achievement of a triggering temperature. The deformable component is arranged on a boiler (210) for receiving the carbon brushes, and forms a supporting surface (256) for a spring (216) that actuates the carbon brushes. The deformable component is made up of bi-metal, and spring disk is accommodated between contact plates. |
