The present invention relates to a wallpaper click execution system of a writing program for electronic blackboard and an executing method for the same, which is capable of operating another application on the wallpaper of the writing program for electronic blackboard by clicking the wallpaper of the writing program for electronic blackboard positioned in the rear of a transparent writing screen while writing on the transparent writing screen. The wallpaper click execution system of a writing program for electronic blackboard comprises: a transparent writing screen displayed by a writing program which is operated by a touch signal, generated when the user brings an object into contact with a transparent writing screen, a touch move signal, generated when the user moves the object in a state that the object touches the transparent writing screen, and a touch up signal, generated when the user releases the touch of the object on the transparent writing screen; a touch input time recording unit for recording the time when a touch signal is generated on the transparent writing screen; a touch up input analyzing unit for comparing the lapsed time from the time when the touch signal is generated to the time when the touch up signal is generated; a virtual mouse click executing unit for determining whether the time compared by the touch up input analyzing unit is within the time set to be recognized as a virtual mouse click and clicking a virtual mouse; and a writing executing unit operated by the touch signal, the touch move signal, and a touch up signal, which excesses the time set to be recognized as the virtual mouse click.
