A cover (40) mounted on a throttle body is provided with a intermediate connector (42) to be connected to a motor terminal and an electronic control module (11). Inductances (45a, 45b) installed on the inner surface of the cover (40) are connected to the DC motor (3) and motor drive terminals of the electronic control module (11), through the intermediate connector (42).
