The present invention relates to an integrated customized service intermediation method between a consumer and a service provider, and an apparatus and a system for the same. The integrated customized service intermediation method comprises the steps of: registering information of service providers by service category using a service intermediation information processing apparatus; the service intermediation information processing apparatus receiving information of a consumer; searching for and extracting information of a service provider corresponding to the information of a consumer, from the information of service providers registered by service category; and transmitting the extracted information of a service provider to a terminal of the consumer to notify the consumer. According to the present invention, it is possible to register or search for all service providers in the society at large through the service intermediation information processing apparatus, and particularly, to register or search for information of providers in every industry needing promotion. In addition, the service provider can register all affiliated stores through the use of a free service, contrary to other companies only allowing registration of registered stores, and register promotion materials, whereby a user can compare and analyze information of service providers to use a better service.
