PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a draining bag which is excellent in performance as the draining bag and sufficiently includes antiseptic and mildewproof function by applying a fibrous substance containing antiseptic fungicicle comprising metallic salt of an organic compound to the draining bag. SOLUTION: A fibrous substance containing antiseptic fungicide comprising metallic salt of an organic compound is normally in a string-like shape having a diameter of 0.1 to 100μm. Since the fibrous substance is applied to the draining bag which has to stand severe use, the antiseptic fungicide must be rigidly and densely formed in or on a surface of a fibrous structure. In addition, fiber need have proper bloating tendency, ion permeability and ion capturability in order to cause the antiseptic fungicide to effectively serve, so that ion- exchange fiber is used as such fiber, wherein sulfonic group, phosphonic group or the like are appropriately led to base polymer such as polystyrene, polyakryl or the like.
