PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device and a measuring method capable of the measuring of a wide range without generating a gap in a detection value even when the detection value is over the boundary of the range of respective reference elements. SOLUTION: A thermistor 2 and reference resistors 14, 15 and 16 are switched and an RC oscillation circuit 11 is formed. A signal processing part 21 is provided with a first signal processing function 21a for selecting the reference resistor of the range and measuring an oscillation frequency and a second signal processing function 21b for performing a processing near the boundary of the range. At the range boundary part of the reference resistor, the oscillation frequencies of the two reference resistors in charge of the respective ranges are used, the detection value is obtained and averaged and the value of the detection value T is prevented from being rapidly changed at the boundary of the range. Thus, these measuring device and measuring method for not generating the gap in the detection value T are provided. |
