<p>The applicator (10) has an applicator element (14) guided through a mouthpiece (16) attached at a container (12) for a liquid or a medium. A valve device (22) is attached to the container. A closure cap (26) closes the applicator in a nonusage state. The closure cap comprises an operating element (28) pressed against an applicator portion (18) of the applicator element with the closure cap closing the applicator in a nonusage state of the applicator, so that the valve device is opened against a spring force of a valve spring element by the applicator element in the nonusage state.</p> |
