PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ACF sticking device and an ACF sticking method which allow for reduction in the number of times of stopping operation of the ACF sticking device required for replacement of a tape member by equalizing the consumption rate of ACF of two sticking heads.SOLUTION: When repeating the sticking work of an ACF 4 for each electrode 3 of a substrate 2 on which an electrode array 3L consisting of an odd number of electrodes 3 is formed, a first sticking operation for operating two sticking heads 14 so as to stick two ACFs 4 to two electrodes 3 is carried out once or a plurality of times (step ST11), a second sticking operation for operating one sticking head 14 so as to stick one ACF 4 to one electrode 3 is carried out once (ST15 or ST17), and the sticking head 14 that carries out the second sticking operation is replaced between two sticking heads 14 every time when the sticking work of an ACF 4 is carried out for an electrode array 3L consisting of an odd number of electrodes 3 (ST14-ST18). |
