PURPOSE: An LED lighting apparatus and an LED lighting system having the same are provided to prevent the generation of a sudden accident by stopping an operation process when another lighting apparatus is installed. CONSTITUTION: An LED device (110) is installed on an LED substrate. A body part (120) is combined with the LED substrate. The body part has a combination structure. A lead switch (320) is operated by the magnetic force of a permanent magnet. One of at least one lead switch is installed on a base. |
