A pallet for transporting a group of pressurized gas cylinders (18) comprising a supporting base (9), four side walls (2) and a roof (1) defining an enclosure around the cylinders (18), characterized in that each wall (2) comprises an full structure extending from a first upper extremity adjacent to the roof (1) to a second lower extremity situated above the supporting base (9) so that the enclosure is opened at the bottom of the cylinders (18), the roof (1) comprising a mesh like structure, the pallet comprising a common tap (4) connected to a conduit (14) selectively connected to the cylinders (18), one of the side walls (2) comprising an aperture (3) giving access to the common tap (4), the supporting base (9) and the upper part of the pallet situated underneath the roof (1) comprising each several openings (10) for receiving the tines of a fork truck or pallet loader/unloader.
