PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bubbling sound from being generated by constituting a cap for check valve fitted to a check valve provided on the terminal end of the return circuit pipe of fuel piping for automobile so that fluid released from the opening part of the check valve passes through porous material to flow outside the cap. SOLUTION: In a device in which a duckbill type rubber check valve 1 is fitted to the terminal end of the return circuit pipe 3, and in a state where the check valve is fixed by a clamp 4, a cap 5 is fitted so as to surround the check valve 1, the cap 5 is integrally formed into a cylindrical form closing the one end by the use of foaming body made of urethane of 5 times of expansion ratio. Hereby, when the check valve 1 or the cap 5 is soaked under the liquid level of gasoline in a fuel tank, bubbles of air, gasoline vapor, or the like jetted from the opening part 1c of the check valve 1 is subdivided at passing through the foaming material constituting the cap 5, and bubbling sound due to jet of bubbles is prevented from being generated.
