There is provided a base station accommodated in a communications system for exchange of information between a base station and mobile stations (10) by time division multiplexing using a plurality of frequency bands. The base station comprises a setting unit (15) configured to set a specific frequency band for each mobile station from among a plurality of frequency bands assigned to the communications system, and a transmission unit (13) configured to transmit the dedicated data and the frequency band information to the mobile station, by using the specific frequency band. The frequency band information comprises the specific frequency band information and the dedicated frequency band information, and includes at least encoded information of a frequency band identification number, used/not used state as the specific frequency band, used/not used state as the dedicated frequency band, and current status maintained. The dedicated frequency band information indicates one or more dedicated frequency bands, and said one or more dedicated frequency bands are set from among the plurality of frequency band other than the specific frequency band. |
