PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor or the like capable of highly speedily and precisely processing an image with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The image processor is provided with an input part for inputting an image composed of plural pixels respectively having color information, a binalization part for binarizing each of plural pixels, which comprise the image inputted by the input part concerning a prescribed color, allocating an ON pixel when the pixel of the prescribed color exists, and allocating an OFF pixel when such a pixel does not exist, and a shape investigation part for dividing a partial area in the image binarized by the binalization part into at least four areas and judging whether the partial area contains an image element in a prescribed shape or not corresponding to the number of areas, where the ON pixel exists.
