摘要 |
ultrasonic flaw detection in articles and materials used in various branches of industry to evaluate quality of products. SUBSTANCE: increased velocity of determination of sizes of flaws and simplification of test process are achieved thanks to scanning of profile of article by ultrasonic converter, to recording of amplitude and coordinates of echo signals which are processed by computer and to generation of two-dimensional images of B and C scanning on display. Three images as minimum forming group generated by B scanning are summed up into single image and if flaw is found all ultrasonic images of this group are scanned image by image to evaluate size of flaw. EFFECT: increased velocity of determination of sizes of flaws. 1 dwg
