Bars 2 are mounted in holes of base part for movement in axial direction. Gear also includes ring-indicator 5, scale 6 measuring deviation of ring-indicator, pulley 9 to install tested transmission on input shaft, axle 8 made fast to pulley, rolling-contact bearings 7 put on same axle. Bars 2 are spring-loaded in direction of movement. Measurement scale 6 is coupled to base. Ring-indicator 5 is mounted for movement relative to scale 6 together with bars 2. Bars 2 have butts cut obliquely which rest against rolling-point bearings 7. Loading device comes in the form of weight 11 suspended from output shaft of tested transmission. EFFECT: raised accuracy of measurement of efficiency of mechanical transmissions. 2 dwg
