A scan driving unit includes: a first pre-decoder unit which outputs a first logic signal based on an upper scan line selection signal for selecting an upper scan line which is located in an upper display unit of a display panel; a second pre-decoder unit which outputs a second logic signal based on a lower scan line selection signal for selecting a lower scan line which is located in a lower display unit of a display panel; a first final decoder unit which is connected in between the upper display unit and the first pre-decoder unit and selects the upper scan line which is located in the upper display unit; and a second final decoder unit which is connected in between the lower display unit and the second pre-decoder unit and selects the lower scan line which is located in the lower display unit.
