The present invention relates to a recliner of a vehicle seat which includes: a plate holder in which a rim part is formed to protrude toward one side from the edge and a plurality of guide protrusion parts are formed on one side; a sector tooth which is connected to one side of the plate holder and has inner gear teeth formed on the inner circumferential surface; an operating cam which has an axial hole in the center to be coupled with a rotating shaft and is arranged between the plate holder and the sector tooth to be able to rotate; a plurality of pole teeth which are arranged radially on the outer side of the operating cam, are guided between the guide protrusion parts, and have outer gear teeth corresponding to the inner gear teeth; a cam spring which is combined between the operating cam and the plate holder and supports the operating cam elastically; and a compression part which is for preventing a gap between the pole tooth and the guide protrusion part by pressing the pole tooth toward the guide protrusion part during locking of the recliner. Because the pole tooth is pressed to the side of the guide protrusion part by the compression part during locking of the recliner, a gap is not formed between the pole tooth and the guide protrusion part and thus a clearance in a seat bag can be reduced. |
