PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform verifying operation without rotational delay and to simultaneously operate reading and writing in different tracks by moving the read head to the write head of a magnetic disk so that deviation in a position due to a yaw angle between a read head and write head is corrected and the locus of a track which the read head draws coincides with the locus of a track which the write head draws. SOLUTION: A micro-actuator 2 is provided between a read head 1 and a write head 3. The micro-actuator 2 moves the read head 1 to the write head 3 in a radial direction of a recording medium 6, thereby the deviation in a position in the radial direction due to the yaw angle between the read head 1 and the write head 3 is corrected.
