A blade installing system for a wind turbine is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the blade installing system for a wind turbine comprises a gripping unit for gripping a blade for a wind turbine; and a transfer guide unit of which one end is connected to the hub of the wind turbine, of which the other end is connected to the blade, and which guides the blade to be inserted into the hub by detecting the relative position of the blade to the hub.
