The present invention relates to a biosensor using a nanoring array having high sensitivity using surface-enhanced Raman scattering and a manufacturing method thereof. A method for detecting DNA and et cetera using a biosensor of the present invention has a high sensitivity and a structure thereof is stable by having an enhanced Raman signal compared to an existing method. Therefore, the present invention is expected to be applied to a diagnosis in the early stage in a point of view of preventive medicine.
