The present invention relates to a dry outside insulation panel of a frame unit and, more specifically, to a dry outside insulation panel of a frame unit which comprises: first and second fiber-reinforced cement boards; a first insulation provided in between the first and second fiber-reinforced cement boards; an outside frame which has a C-shaped or a channel-shaped cross section by having an aperture formed on one side thereof and which is provided on both sides of the first insulation for the aperture to face the first insulation and fixated on the first and second fiber-reinforced cement boards; and a fixating angle which is provided on the circumferential surface of the first fiber-reinforced cement board for protruding outward. The dry outside insulation panel of a frame unit according to the present invention is provided to implement construction keeping even quality regardless of workmanship of workers, to reduce the number of construction processes, to be applied to the construction of a high-rise building, since a blocked outside insulation system is manufactured before being assembled at a construction site, to extend the life of buildings by facilitating repairing and replacing works, and to reduce thermal bridges due to the shape of the frame unit. |
