An air floating small hydropower plant of the present invention comprises: a generator (10) having upper and lower rotary shafts (12, 14); a first vertical axis type windmill (30) vertically coupled with an end of the upper rotary shaft (12) of the generator (10) through a first coupler (20) to rotate the upper rotary shaft (12); a second vertical axis type windmill (40) vertically coupled with an end of the lower rotary shaft (14) of the generator (10) through a second coupler (22) to rotate the lower rotary shaft (14); an air floating water turbine (50) vertically coupled with a lower part of the second vertical axis type windmill (40) through the second coupler (22) to float on water, and rotating by water current as supporting the upper and lower rotary shafts (12, 14); and a water flow guiding means (70) installed on a wall of a place, where water flows, through a fixing rail (60) and guiding a water flow such that the air floating water turbine (50) quickly rotates only in one direction. As a result, it is possible to improve generation efficiency by increasing rotation force of a rotor (14a) and a stator (12a) of the generator (10), and generate power using the flow of water without destroying aquatic ecosystems as well as facilitating installation in valleys, streams, rivers, irrigation water, and seawater roads without restrictions on the conditions of an installation site. And, it is possible to minimize management costs and failures of the generator (10) by installing such that the generator (10) floats on water easily as supporting the weight of the rotary shafts (12, 14) and the generator (10) by the air floating water turbine. |
