This tactile presentation device has: a touch sensitive presentation unit provided with a first working electrode group that includes a plurality of first working electrodes lined up in a first direction; and a controller for applying a first touch sensitive signal having a first waveform, to the respective first working electrodes. The first waveform of the first touch sensitive signal applied to the respective first working electrodes by the controller is imparted with phase difference dependent on the distance between adjacent first working electrodes, so that the first waveform advances at a predetermined speed along the first direction.
