PURPOSE: Equipment for practicing down-blow swings of golf is provided to bury a sensor under the ground and enable the sensor to detect a golf club passing over the sensor, thereby enabling a practice range to be kept clean. CONSTITUTION: Equipment for practicing down-blow swings of golf is composed of a down-blow detection sensor (4), an alarm device (7), and a control part. The down-blow detection sensor is prepared at the front ground (8) of an artificial turf mat (1), where a golf ball (3) is placed, and detects whether a golf club, which passes over the sensor when swung, passes at a pre-set height. The alarm device notifies a practicing person whether a golf club passes at a pre-set height through the down-blow detection sensor.
