PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating container which is thin-walled and light in weight, and having both buckling strength and thermal insulating properties. SOLUTION: The insulating container provides an inner layer 2 and an external layer 3, which are sheet-made of mainly a pulp, and provides an insulating layer 4 formed with an insulating material between the inner layer 2 and the outer layer 3. A mixing layer, wherein the pulp and the insulating material are mixed, is formed between the inner layer 2 and the insulating layer 4, and the inner layer 2 and the insulating layer 4 are fastened via the mixing layer.
