Provided are an information transmission method, system and device. The transmission method includes: receiving a first request message, the first request message containing first information, and the first information being trigger information and/or small data; sending a paging message to a terminal device; receiving a second request message sent by the terminal device according to the paging message; and after the second request message is received, sending the first information to the terminal device. The technical solution of the present invention improves the timeliness of data which is sent by an SCS to an MTC device in a triggered manner. |
