A device and a method for reading out asynchronous data are disclosed. The apparatus for reading out the asynchronous data according to the present invention comprises: a data receiver for receiving the data in synchronization with first clocks; a readout unit for sequentially reading out the data by using a plurality of enable signals with intervals as long as second clocks and a comparator for sequentially comparing the read data with each other and, if the same data is compared, outputting the data in the same case.
