PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal-join a synthetic resin corrugated pipe and an other flow passage member by a simple structure. SOLUTION: This coupling structure for the synthetic resin corrugated pipe for joining the synthetic resin corrugated pipe having a plurality of ring-shaped wave parts at substantially equal intervals in a shaft direction of an outer peripheral surface to the other flow passage member has a tubular shape and is constituted of a sleeve having a plurality of projections for being engaged to a trough part of a ring-shaped wave part of the synthetic resin corrugated pipe at substantially equal intervals in a circumferential direction on an inner peripheral surface of the one end opening part and having a mounting part to be mounted sealable at a prescribed portion of the other flow passage member and a ring-shaped elastic member interposed sealable between an internal surface of the sleeve and a trough part of the other ring-shaped wave part of the synthetic resin corrugated pipe facing to the internal surface.
