<p>The present invention relates to a low chrome and ferrite-based stainless steel having improved corrosion resistance and anti-ridging properties, wherein the low chrome and ferrite-based stainless steel comprises 10.0 wt% to 15.0 wt% of Cr, 0.01 wt% to 0.05 wt% of C, 0.01 wt% to 0.05 wt% of N, 0.7 wt% to 2.0 wt% of Si, 0.01 wt% to 2.0 wt% of Mn, 0.035 wt% or less of P, 0.01 wt% of less of S, and the remainder as Fe and impurities, and satisfies formulas (1) to (3) below.
